

2.Then add onions, ginger garlic paste saute till slightly browned then add tomato and saute well till mushy, add turmeric powder then add the mint coriander paste along with red chilli powder.Saute till raw smell leaves.Add required salt.
3.Add the rice, give a quick stir, then add water,coconut milk and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles in medium low flame.
Serve with onion raita.
