Dates Cornflakes Smoothie Recipe - Ingredients
- Milk - 1 cup
- Dates - 4
- Cornflakes - 2 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tsp (optional)
- Crushed ice - from a cube
Method:
1.Blend cornflakes, dates, milk, ice and honey to form a smooth mixture. [No sugar needed]
2.Garnish with crushed cornflakes and Serve chilled!
