Usha's instant oats idly and am addicted to the taste I should say....I just modified the quantity and a recipe a bit to suit our taste and the result was soft and tasty idlies. Am sure will make this often as hubby liked it so much. It tastes more like
rava idly. I use saffola oats and it works well, even quaker oats is good.
