Aloo Gobi is a great combination subji, perfect as sidedish for rotis! I made it dry to go with rotis and rice with dal.You can even make it as gravy as per your preference.
Today is an eventful day as mittu is joining her playschool...though she joined formally on vijayadasami day her regular classes starts today. I am waiting for the 3 hrs to get over to see her reactions and hear the stories :) I am sure everyone is busy with diwali preparations, aloo gobi is a easy side dish that goes well with rotis and rice, do try this.
