3.Keep stirring in low flame(use a whisk for this) to avoid lumps, in few minutes it will form a slightly thick creamy smooth sauce. At this stage add cheese spread, cheddar cheese and give a quick stir. Once cheese is melted add the cooked pasta, mix once and switch it off immediately.For stove top method stop at this stage - Serve with toasted breadcrumbs(toast breadcrumbs in 1/2 tsp butter till golden brown) on top and serve hot.
