Palak paratha or Spinach paratha is a great healthy variation to the usual parathas.Methi paratha
was the first time I tried greens in parathas and I fell for it the first time itself.I had little palak green leftover after making the palak dal
so thought to make parathas with it. I found this masala palak paratha recipe and tried it for the first time and should say I loved it inspite of me not a big fan of greens.
I am sure kids will not complain and eat this parathas as the green color is appealing too.It is easy and quick for breakfast at the same time healthy too.
