Grape Juice Recipe
Grapes Juice is very refreshing especially during hot summers and its perfect to have a glass now. I love grape flavour and for that reason bovonto is my favourite :) Though not a big fan of grapes, wanted to try grape juice this summer and here is the recipe. The tangy flavour of lemon compliments well with the grapes so dont skip it!

Grape Juice Recipe - Ingredients

Black Grapes - 2 cups
Lemon juice - from 1/2 a lemon
Sugar - 1/4 cup (adjust accordingly)
Water - as needed
Icecubes - 10 to 12

Method:

  1. Remove the grapes from its stem, rinse it well.Transfer it to a blender / mixer.

  2. Grind it along with little water to a fine paste. Strain through a metal strainer, add water for the juice to easily strain.Discard the seeds and the waste. Squeeze lemon juice.

  3. Add sugar and stir well until sugar is dissolved completely.Add lots of icecubes and serve chilled.
