Spaghetti was new to me until I made Aglio Olio and that was the first time I tasted spaghetti and totally loved it. I wanted to try a simple and quick spaghetti stir fry recipe which will be apt for breakfast and this one is wholesome and satisfying with all the goodness of veggies. I used the pack of olives and spaghetti I got as a gift hamper from Good Food magazine for featuring my cilantro almond pesto pasta as the reader recipe of the month :)
This is quick and easy for breakfast, you can even pack it for your kids lunch box, they will sure love it! You can cut the veggies and keep it ready the previous day itself which makes it even more quick.
