Todays menu is a south indian lunchbox with peanut rice, carrot stir fry and vadam. I am sure most kids will like peanuts and carrots so thats the combo for today.....also peanut rice is flavourful so a mild subtle stir fry will pair very well with that...and color vadams to bite inbetween :)
The main challenge we face while packing lunchbox for kids is to satisfy kids demands else the lunchbox returns right back untouched...But at the same time make sure we are ontrack to include healthy items too atleast hidden......Waiting to see the lunchboxes empty is every mothers wish....though it doesnt seem to happen everyday, the distant dream remains the same...and now thats a everyday battle between kids and mothers....:)
