Last week, I couldn't post a travel menu idea as I didnt plan anything and was in Chennai. I wanted to post this methi thepla menu idea as my sis suggested this as soon as I said am planning for travel food series.This is a simple menu which you can plan for breakfast / lunch or even for dinner.
The travel food series was not planned so I didn't buy any props related to it so am managing with the props I have ,but I should admit, planning for the menu and clicks is very interesting though attimes mind boggling :)

Mango Thokku / Mango Pickle / Sweet Mango Pickle
Cucumber & Carrots
- Methi Thepla keeps well in room temperature atleast for 1 day and max of 2 days.It stays soft too.
- As its summer I paired it with cucumber carrot salad.You can even carry curd with little milk added to avoid sourness.
- You can make the theplas thin or thick as per your liking.I prefer it slightly on the thinner side.
