I am vacationing now, and it feels good to post a travel breakfast menu idea from here :) I planned idli chutney for this week but as guests had come vada also got included in the menu though I wanted to post medu vada sometime atleast in the travel breakfast menu. This is my perfect breakfast as vada is oily soft steamed idlis will compensate and onion tomato chutney goes well both with idli and medu vada.
Okay got to go so with no further delay lets get on to the travel breakfast menu.

- You can choose from the 2 tomato chutneys both stays good for long.
- You can grind the vada batter the previous day and refrigerate.At the time of making vadas, add salt onion and make vadas.Just grind the batter alone and refrigerate.
- Idli stays good and soft for more hours, you can even pack it in banana leaf for more hygenic packing.
