Raw Mango Rice is always my favorite but I make it very rarely as hubby is not fond of it and I feel lazy and less bothered to just cook this rice for myself and cook another menu for others.Till yestrday I wasnt sure of the travel menu for this week and suddenly I got this idea of raw mango rice and potato fry, so asked hubby if he can adjust and he very well accepted and tadaa this is the menu for this week :) I enjoyed the combo thoroughly.
This is a very comforting menu idea that you can club it for lunchbox as well. The tangy raw mango rice with spicy potato fry is such a bliss....stays well got longer hours too.
