I wanted to post this idiyappam coconut milk combo last time itself but since I had no time chose the easy phulka menu.As I always insist steamed food is always the best , it is good for breakfast.Next to idli, idiyappam is mittus favorite.She loves it with either sugar and coconut
or with coconut milk jaggery. As her holidays have started, she is besides me all the time.She helped me with this bg props and she suggested me to keep this blue bg...I chose a black one for bg but I should admit her selection is far better than mine :)

Here is the kids breakfast menu 7:
- I used my idli mould to make mini idiyappam.It is easy and appealing for kids.
- Take thin coconut milk add jaggery syrup and cardamom powder to it and mix well.
- You can make the jaggery syrup in advance and store it.
- I always take fresh coconut milk.If you are ok with coconut milk powder then go ahead.
