Its baking marathon at home, I love baking and the feel of it.With the yeast PJ gave that works wonders I love baking breads and pizzas now.The main advantage homebaking calls is you can customise the base, topping as per your preference and I am glad that I am able to sneak in wheat flour wherever possible especially for pizzas, its hard enough to find out much difference.I just modified the basic pizza dough recipe
and made the dough for this pinwheel.
I wanted to try some variation in pizza and this pinwheels came to my mind as I had not tried making such rolls after garlic rolls
.This came out soo good with a crusty top and soft goey inside, yumm!! Hubby enjoyed the warm pizza rolls , it is such a bliss when had hot / warm with a dip of tomato sauce....!! I made these yesterday and couldn't wait to share so here am with this post :)
