I have tried moru curry only twice. Moru Curry is a very simple seasoned yogurt which is a part of every day cooking in Kerala. This tastes great even with just rice and papadam. You can add veggies like vellarika(cucumber), kumbalanga(ashgourd), kaya etc. This moru curry can be made with coconut or without it but this version I am sharing without coconut and veggies.
I am becoming a bit inclined towards Kerala cuisine these days...the aroma of coconut in each dish is awesome :) This is a very simple dish that you can make when you don't have veggies in stock still can enjoy a good meal with papadam.Hubby appreciated this moru curry, so I am planning to make it often and pair it up with a simple spicy curry.
