Aloo Poha is quick to make and whole some too.With peanuts and potatoes it is so filling for breakfast.This is best for thosse hurry burry mornings when you have to pack lunch for the kiddo and also get them reasy.It hardly takes 10mins to put together if you have boiled potatoes in hand.This is a great alternate to our usual Poha Upma
AS Aloo Poha itself is filling I just added a chocolate beverage(my favorite Maltova :)) with it.After the shoot I had the liberty to enjoy it myself
as mittu was off to school.

- I used thin aval.You can use any type of aval.Even red aval is good.
- Add more peanuts,you can add fried cashews too.
