Tawa Mushroom is very easy to make, the curry can be made in different ways but the main factor that differentiates this curry from others is that it is cooked entirely in tawa.Yes tawa you heard it right, so I can hear you asking so what difference does it make with the taste while cooking in tawa, I am going to leave you guessing...try this for yourself and am sure you will love it.
I used my iron tawa, you can use any dosa tawa too. I am trying to avoid nonstick pans for the past 6months and I am happy that I could survive without it even while making halwas and sweets.The posts that are coming hereafter with nonstick pans are the older drafted posts incase if anyone is wondering :P
