I had a pack of whole pearl millet left out after using for sathu maavu.I usually make kambu koozh / kambu rice, still there was leftover so though to make bajra flour and use it for recipes.I will post recipes using this flour soon.

Whole Kambu(Pearl Millet) - 1/4 kg
Dry roast kambu till slightly golden.Roast in low flame it may take atleast 7-10mins.Cool down then transfer to mixer jar.
Powder it.Roast it again for 3-5mins.Cool down then store.
Serve hot / warm!
As we are grinding in mixie,it will be slightly coarse.
If you are doing in bulk,you can give in flour mill.
