For Saraswathi Pooja, we usually make Pori Kadalai and Chana Sundal
.I have already posted Chana Sundal so wanted to post this pori kadalai but somehow each time I keep forgetting.So today morning while making to serve god clicked it to post it here :) It is actually not a recipe, its a partial no cook version with just mixing of ingredients but still wanted to post it for reference.
I painted this board(used as bg for the pics here)yesterday and I love the way it has come out in the pics :)

Pori Kadalai - Ingredients
Preparation Time : 10 mins | Cooking Time : 10 mins | Serves : 2
Pori(Puffed Rice)- 1 and 1/2 cups
Whole Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Chutney Dal - 2 tbsp
Powdered Jaggery - 2 tbsp

- Roast peanuts until crisp,Set aside.Measure and get ready with all your ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, add pori ,then add chutney dal,roasted peanuts.
- Then add powdered jaggery.Mix it well.
- You can even add a tsp of raw poha.
