Sathu Maavu Koozh or Kanji is a very filling option for kids breakfast. I usually make it thick for mittus sake and I have it in drinkable consistency just like I've posted
here.This is my easy breakfast recipe when I am pressed for time or when mittu wakes up a bit late, I just feed her this with 2 almonds as it makes things quicker. I make sure to feed her with this koozh atleast 2 days a week for breakfast, she is not very fond of it but never complains, attimes Chotto Bheem on Pogo helps ;)
