Millet Flour Dosa is instant and quick to make for breakfast.Amma bought a pack of millet flour and bajra flour last month and both of the packs were sitting idle, so she asked me to use it.So today morning I made millet flour dosa and it came out so good that hubby liked it soo much.I adapted the recipe given at the back of the pack with few adjustments to suit our taste.I served it with spicy
poondu chutney and
idli podi.
After trying kambu dosai, I am yet to try idli dosa by grinding other millets but this instant millet dosa sure was a great quick fix for our breakfast and is handy when you don't have idli dosa batter in hand.
